When I wrote Season 10, it was intended to be the be-all-and-end-all. I had no plans to write more. But inevitably I began asking myself, "what happened next?" And with the official DS9 book line dropping more tantalising hints as to what had happened in the meantime, I had plenty of storylines to tease out and explore. So here are another 22 episodes following directly on from Season 10, and filling in even more missing time.
Like with the Ascendant storyline, Pockets Books did eventually go back to fill in the holes
in the storyline which my Season 11 stories address for themselves. The book Original Sin, again by David R George III, covers the abduction of Benjamin Sisko's daughter Rebecca
(a story point which he himself introduced in an earlier novel but without revealing the details). In this case, our ideas are nothing alike.
